Service Machine’s 48,000 square feet of manufacturing space is equipped with seven overhead cranes up to 10 ton capacity. Our Machine Shop, Pre-Fab Area, and Fabrication Area are well-equipped and manned to give you consistent quality at a reasonable price.

Pipe Bending Rolls:

• Up to 4″ pipe.

Punch:

• 50 ton computer controlled 1 1/4″ hole in 1/2″ plate. 5″ hole in 3’16″ plate. Slots, shapes and cutouts as needed.

Iron Worker:

• 90 ton 1-1/8 dia hole in 1″ plate
• 1/2 X 12 flat bar shear
• 6X 6 X 1/2 angle shear
• 1-1/2 round bar shear
• Coper-Notcher

Saw:

• 18″ X 25″ or 18″ diameter – automatic feed with miter capability

Shear:

• 1/4″ X 13 ft. With power back gauge

Machine Shop

• Lathes to 42″ swing X 16 ft. long

Drill presses

Plate burning – Our computer controlled 400 amp plasma oxy-acetylene shape cutting machines have a 10′ X 44′ cutting area that handles up to 3″ thick aluminum and stainless steel, and up to 8″ thick carbon steel. Underwater cutting for distortion control.

Near laser quality, precision plasma handles up to 1/2″ thick.

Plate-bending Rolls - (above): 3/4″ X 10 ft. thicker plate in narrower widths. 3/8″ X 8 ft. We can also roll some structural shapes.

Press Brakes – (above): 500 ton X 12 ft. (3/4″ X 10 ft. Or 1/2″ X 12 ft.) 90 ton X 10 ft. with computer control back gauges.
